Inside Sales Engineer

Technical Sales Professional to Support the sales activities of Sales Representatives and Account Executives by expediting samples, orders and generating quotes.

Duties and responsibilities:

Enter SER (Sales Engineering Request)
Enter and follow up that samples are shipped and approved by the customer.
Generate quotes and maintain the status until approved
Maintain monthly forecast by Customer and PN (Price and qty)
Review the order book to ensure that there is sufficient visibility for production the forecast is me and parts are delivered as per confirmations sent to customer.Review warehouse inventory to ensure that it is within allowable levels.

Requirement:

Bachelor of Science (EE preferred)
Basic understanding of component manufacturing processes and technology.
Must be familiar with electronics components industry.
Superior interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
